I’m Richard and welcome to my space on the internet. Originally from the Texas Panhandle, I moved to the Austin area in 2004. In 2007, I graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Political Science. Life happened, which led me to start a wedding videography business. The response was overwhelming, and here we are today.
I'm a huge fan of Texas Barbecue, NFL, 90s music, trivia, tennis, indie movies, and music.
Oh and I have a soft spot for baby elephants.
We love to focus on the fun at weddings! It’s important that you and your guests remember your wedding day and not what the videography crew did all day. We keep it to a one or two-person crew. I'll personally be in attendance!
In post-production, it's all me at work. I'm not handing your footage off to an editor, freelancer, partner, or employee. I take “future you” into consideration. Your wedding day is captured in a way that you will still enjoy years from now. That is what really matters the most.
Continuity and philosophy of shots mean a lot to me. I spend much time thinking about how everything captured makes sense in telling your story.
We've worked with the best photographers, filmed the most beautiful dresses and tailored suits at the most breathtaking wedding venues. Since 2009, colleagues and couples tell me that my wedding videos feel uniquely authentic. I take that as a high compliment.
They tell me that they were able to watch my work (stories of complete strangers) from beginning to end, without any uncomfortable feelings or embarrassment. I'm truly fortunate.
